Found in the Targeting folder of camera modifiers.

When added to a camera tile this will ignore any jumping action the player does and not move the camera. For example, in the follow camera mode the player will jump and the camera will remain centered and the player will jump to the top of the screen (normally the camera moves with the player so that the player remains centered).
