Description

Produces black bars at top and bottom of screen and creates a widescreen effect. Very effective for titles and cut scenes.Can also be used permanently to allow speech or other text to be displayed at the bottom of the screen on the black bar.

Modifiers

priority: The letterbox effect without priority settings will cover over any UI displays at the top and bottom of the screen. This can make it difficult to read control instructions, such as press A to continue, for example. To prevent this give the letterbox a Priority of 1, and anything you need displayed on top a Priority of 2 or more.
