Combat > Combat Properties > Hit Reactions > hit reaction recovery
This tile is a Number variable between 0 and 1. It determines how long a character will play a hit reaction before other actions can be applied. The number represents a fraction of the hit reaction animation. So 0.25 will be a quarter, 0.5 will be half. Is not very visually obvious what number has been set unless you have reduced pace.
