Combat > Combat Properties > Hit Reactions > can face attacker
This tile is a Boolean variable. By default, if a character is attacked, he will turn to face the attacker. This boolean turns that off so that the character can be hit from behind.

This particularly useful for 1st person brains, as turning to face an attacker can be disorientating in this view.
